Meridian teams with HP on automated locker system

Meridian and HP have introduced a fully customizable automated locker system, according to a press release

The automated locker system is designed to improve customer satisfaction across the retail and hospitality industries with self-service order retrieval. The system provides a three-step process that allows customers to place their order online or use a mobile application. Once the order is fulfilled, the employee places the completed order in the locker.

The customer then scans their QR code to open the appropriate locker containing their prepaid item.

«Whether it's a meal, clothing item or camera, the automated locker system makes it more convenient for customers to place and pick up their order,» Meridian CEO Chris Gilder said in the press release.

The automated locker offers optional LED lighting, custom locker surrounds, multiple locker box sizes, custom height and width and a modular design for custom configurations.
