Shake Shack has decided not to go cashless after testing the idea in a store that had order-and-pay kiosks and no cashiers. However, the fast casual chain still plans to introduce self-serve kiosks in its new locations, according to Business Insider

The company said in its May earnings call that it will open four or five new locations with kiosks by the end of the second quarter. The new locations will have cashiers.
