Briggo, a provider of a self-serve coffee kiosk and a coffee ordering app, has installed a kiosk near gate 8 at the Austin airport, according to Austin360
The app-based coffee service allows customers to place a coffee order in advance and then go to the kiosk and enter a code or flash a digital receipt in order to pick up their coffee.
Briggo installed its first kiosk, Coffee Haus, at the University of Texas in Austin in 2013, following a test at that site in 2011. The kiosk features patented robotics calibrated to deliver a full menu of specialty coffees.
