Cardtronics to provide ATM services at 121 Dallas-area Race Trac c-stores

C-store operator Race Trac has tapped Cardtronics to provide ATM services at 121 RaceTrac convenience stores in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Atlanta-based Race Trac operates nearly 500 c-stores across Georgia, Florida, Louisiana and Texas

Additionally, in a co-branding agreement between Credit Union of Texas and the Cardtronics-owned Allpoint network, the Race Trac ATMs will provide fee-free ATM transactions for CUTX members.

The co-branding deal increases the number of fee-free ATM locations available to CUTX members in the DFW metro from 94 to 215, according to a press release.

«Convenient ATM cash access is an essential service in RaceTrac stores,» Karla Ahlert, RaceTrac vice president and treasurer, said in the release. «By aligning with Cardtronics in Texas, RaceTrac stores in the Dallas-Fort Worth area will soon become a surcharge-free ATM destination for thousands of guests locally, and we look forward to serving them in our stores.»
