BS/2, a division of Penki Kontinentai Group, has partnered with Bank CenterCredit, the sixth largest bank in Kazakhstan, to provide 111 ATMs with integrated ATMeye.iQ security and monitoring software. The ATMs will be integrated and maintained by a subsidiary of BS/2 Kazakhstan, a press release said

Bank CenterCredit has selected multifunction Diebold Nixdorf ATMs, including drive-up units adapted for installation in parking lots. Besides dispensing cash, these outdoor ATMs will allow account holders to make deposits and payments without having to leave their vehicle.

All of the ATMs will be equipped with comprehensive ATMeye.iQ protection by BS/2. The solution includes not only video surveillance, but also sensors that react to suspicious events such as fraudulent cash withdrawal attempts and attacks using special means, the company said.

In addition to helping Bank CenterCredit prevent fraud, the system will help the institution to optimize work processes involved in resolving customer disputes – for instance, in the case of a bank card or cash left at the ATM.

The ATMeye.iQ hardware-software solution recently was named Service of the Year 2018 by the Lithuanian Business Confederation in the category of Export of the Year, the release said.
