Bitstop has installed a bitcoin ATM at Miami International Airport in concourse G next to gate 16. Customers can use the ATM to buy or sell bitcoin for cash, according to a press release.

This is Bitstop's 40th ATM installation over the last two months and brings its total ATM count to 130 machines around the U.S. The company plans to deploy 500 ATMs worldwide by the end of 2020.

«We're excited to be working with Miami International Airport on this historic deal,» Doug Carrillo, co-founder and chief strategy officer, Bitstop, said in the release. «More and more people prefer to travel with Bitcoin instead of cash for convenience and security. Miami International Airport is a perfect place for our customers to conveniently exchange their dollars for Bitcoin and vice versa when traveling domestically or abroad.»
