The products of SAGA companies group were in the limelight of the PLUS meeting
The 8th International PLUS-forum «Banking self-service, retail and cash turnover 2016» took place at the 5th and 6th of October in Moscow. The SAGA companies group, one of the leading Russian developers and suppliers of solutions in the field of automation and system integration, unveiled the 2016 model range of the S-series within the framework of the Forum. The products presented on the company’s mount attracted permanent attention of the visitors
The international PLUS-Forums arranged by the PLUS-Alliance group attract the members of the banking community, retail and electronic commerce since 2009. They are conducted in the format that combines exhibition, conference and industry-specific official meetings. This year in the limelight of the meeting were the issues of modern communication of the banking sector with clients, the development of the automated services and infrastructure, automation of bank offices, cash processing, self-encashment and the prospects in the field of the banking self-service systems development.
On this conference the representatives of the leading banks of Russia, including Sberbank, VTB24, Alfa-bank, Bank of Russia, National Bank of the Republic of Belarus shared their view of the global trends of development of cash turnover, automation of cash processing and the automation of interaction between credit institutions and clients as a whole.
The SAGA companies group is working in the field of automation of banking service since the beginning of 2000s, our engineers offered the concept of fully-automated bank office based on the self-service devices as early as 2012, among the first. Now there are various solutions in the field of automation of cash processing among the products of the SAGA companies group. One of them is the system of automatic encashment for retailing shops, enabling to store proceeds in the depository machine and to credit the accounts online.
On the tradeshow of the client service automation means which took place within the framework of the 8th International PLUS-forum various manufacturers, vendors and IT-suppliers had presence.
The SAGA companies group’s corporate mount was one of the largest mounts of the marketplace, but the visitors were attracted not because of that. The model range of the S-series self-service devices of the year 2016 was always in the limelight.
When designing this equipment our engineers and industrial designers were focused on the trends of the electronic gadgets development. The banking machines designed in the styling of smartphones and tablets which are familiar to any modern person caused the exposure effect. This effect was an aim when designing these devices – to cause the exposure effect and intuitive confidence in the familiar and well-known «gadget». And it is not even clear from its appearance that it is made from 12 mm ST-20 steel and has 1st class of tamper-resistance.
This is another significant feature of the 2016 model range. We see the devices that do not look like standing metal strongboxes with a touch screen. A large display, light and modern hi-tech design of the sophisticated equipment, elegance and perfection of lines. The S-series devices fit excellently into any modern premises.
Our company unveiled the S-200 terminals at the tradeshow, including wall-mounted versions and the S-400 ATMs.
Our visitors from far abroad showed the special interest in the self-service devices branded in the Russian national style. The S-200 terminals painted in Khokhloma and Gzhel style became the favourite place of photo sessions for the Chinese, Korean and Japanese companies.
According to the words of a number of visitors, the stand of the SAGA company attracted the most of the attention because of its styling and appearance.
It is logical that while creating the devices styled as modern gadgets we could not overlook the prototypes of them. During the first day of the Marketplace within the Octoberfest PLUS-BeerGarden evening program the iPad Mini and iPhone 7 were raffled among the members of the event. For taking part in the raffle the visitor had to leave his or her business card on the SAGA companies group mount.
The proud owner of the iPad Mini became the representative of the «Magnit» store chain, iPhone 7 was won by the representative of the «Bank Voronezh» JSC.
