Video and DVD exchange kiosks launched in Richmond

Videos and DVDs are available at three Blockbuster rental machines in Richmond, Virginia, according to a WTVR-TV report. Patrons are welcome to bring unwanted movies or video games to the kiosks and exchange them for something in the machine.

The machines have Blockbuster logos and are located in Church Hill, Oregon Hill and The Fan so folks can trade movies with other neighbors.

The machines' operator said they saw it in Los Angeles.
