Visitors to the 62-B District Court of Kentwood, Michigan, can check in and make payments at a touchscreen kiosk, according to a Grand Rapids Business Journal report. The kiosk allows the court to text individuals when it is their turn to enter the courtroom.
Payments can be made during business hours, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
The court purchased by the kiosk in December using federal CARES Act funds.
The kiosk can assist people in English, Spanish, Chinese, Arabic Korean and Kinyarwanda.
