Capital One intros travel card

Capital One has introduced Venture X, a travel card that offers 2X miles on every purchase, as well as 10X on hotels and 5X on flights booked with Capital One Travel. The card also features up to $300 annual credit for bookings, 10,000 bonus miles every account anniversary, unlimited access to Capital One Lounges and to more than 1,300 Priority Pass lounges, according to a press release.

«Throughout the last year, we stayed closely connected to our customers and industry experts,» Lauren Liss, managing vice president, Card at Capital One, said in the release. «While the travel experience may look different for some people right now, it continues to be a passion point for many. Trips both near and far provide an opportunity to get away, connect, recharge and explore. With this in mind, Capital One is continuing to find new ways to offer best-in-class travel products, like Venture X, and experiences that help people do what they love, wherever and whenever that may be.»

Other features include:

• 100,000 bonus miles after spending $10,000 on purchases.
• A limited-time credit of up to $200 for vacation rentals during the first cardholder year.
• Up to a $100 credit for Global Entry or TSA PreCheck.
• Ability to add additional cardholders for no extra cost.
