Eldorado Resorts selects Micro Gaming promotional kiosk solution

Eldorado Resorts Inc. has selected Micro Gaming Technologies to provide a promotional kiosk solution for all of its locations, according to a press release. With the deal, MGT will increase its market share to include more than 280 casinos

MGT software will allow Eldorado casinos to automate self-service guest access to real-time account information, promotions, drawings, offers, comps and loyalty card printing. The design of the MGT promo suite gives casino operators the flexibility to create and edit promotions in real time.

MGT integrated modules enhance the guest experience with live sports contests, electronic game boards and mobile delivery.

In the current gaming climate, casinos are seeking solutions that improve player retention and provide an enhanced customer experience. The MGT promotional software platform helps deployers to achieve these goals through both touchscreen kiosk hardware and mobile devices.

«Our gaming and hospitality philosophy focuses on family-style service at all our properties,» Rob Mouchou, senior vice president of operations at Eldorado Resorts, said in the press release.
