Elo is recognizing Taco Bell for excellence as a result of its nationwide rollout of the Eloview kiosk technology that lets customers self-order from the restaurant chain, according to a press release
Rafik Hanna, senior director of IT at Taco Bell, praised Elo for helping the brand achieve its goals of providing integrated kiosks, while at the same time offering frictionless payment options to customers.
Taco Bell's digital strategy, called All Access, is designed to give consumers more interactive ordering options, including kiosks, mobile phones, e-commerce options, delivery and the ability to serve large groups.
