The city of Greensboro, North Carolina, has deployed 13 double-sided, public information terminals from CityPost to provide information about local attractions, events and public information, according to a press release. The kiosks complement the local Smart Corridor initiative.

The free Wi-Fi hotspots include a selfie camera to send pictures to users' smartphones for free using a CityPost app.

Nanov Displays, a global LCD hardware manufacturer of information displays and kiosks, designed and built the double-sided kiosks. For the touchscreens, Nanov selected Zytronics' projected capacitive technology.

Each CityPost unit uses two 55-inch ZyBrid touch sensors together with a pair of Zytronic ZXY10 touch controllers. Nanov placed a piece of 5-millimeter thick toughened glass over each touch sensor to create a 10-millimeter impact resistant barrier between potential vandals and the LCD and electronics beneath.
