Lake Elementary School will soon introduce a unique way to encourage student reading. The school's PTO has announced the installation of an «Inchy the Bookworm» book vending machine in the school atrium, according to a WTOL 11 report.
The machine, funded by the PTO and Rudolph Libbe Group, will be dedicated to Mrs. Andrea Brady, a beloved fourth-grade reading teacher. «We hope this vending machine will inspire students to discover new books and build a love of reading,» a PTO representative told the news outlet.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place on Friday at 4:30 PM.
