Tompkins Community Bank, based in Ithaca, New York, selected NCR Atleos' ATM-as-a-Service solution for its self-service banking needs. With this solution, the bank will be able to modernize its ATM fleet, according to a press release.
NCR Atleos will handle hardware, software, security, installation, maintenance and cash management of the ATMs. Through this partnership, the bank aims to improve ATM functionality and uptime while also boosting the branch experience.
