The American Heart Association's mobile hands-only CPR training kiosk has moved to the Vandalia Recreation Center in Vandalia, Ohio, according to a news report from the AHA.
The kiosks provide hands-only CPR training to the public in five minutes or less by featuring a touchscreen video program followed by a practice session on the kiosk's dummy and a 30-second test.
«The City of Vandalia Division of Fire is excited to announce a partnership with the American Heart Association and Kettering Health to introduce a Hands-Only CPR Kiosk at the Vandalia REC Center,» Rich Morrett, community risk reduction coordinator, told the AHA.
«This initiative aims to equip our community with essential lifesaving skills. This is just another way that the Division of Fire continues to provide top-tier services to our community.»
