Mother's Market & Kitchen sees club member growth thanks to kiosk

Mother's Market & Kitchen, a health food grocer in Southern California, has witnessed a 33% increase in mobile club subscribers thanks to a kiosk strategy.

The growth is attributed to digital kiosk technology at store registers and a free groceries contest, according to a press release.

The digital kiosks, powered by iVision Mobile, allow customers to join the mobile club by entering phone numbers at checkout. This process has proven to be more effective than traditional methods, with approximately 500 new members signing up weekly, according to the release.

«We've tried different methods to increase subscribers over the years, but using digital kiosks at checkout has garnered a much higher participation rate,» Kendall Stein, marketing manager at Mother's Market, said in the release.
