Sensory Inc., a Santa Clara, California-based artificial intelligence provider, has introduced a voice assistant for kiosks combining biometrics, computer vision and customer analytics designed for quick-service restaurants, according to a politicallore.com report. The platform can process voice orders on kiosks, mobile apps and drive-thrus.

In addition to using automatic speech recognition and natural language understanding to translate speech to text, the kiosks also collect biometric data and can analyze the customer's voice data for demographic information to make personalized recommendations and upsell.
