Dearborn Heights, Michigan, a Detroit suburb, has joined the DivDat Kiosk Network, allowing residents to pay bills at a kiosk on the Internet or with a mobile app, according to the city website.
Residents can download the mobile app, register with a mobile phone number, enter the texted code, select «add biller,» select the city, then use the QR code on the app to pay bills at a kiosk. The kiosk accepts credit cards, debit cards or checks. Residents can receive a receipt by email or text.
