GoMoto, which provides digital solutions for automotive dealerships, has updated its self-serve kiosks, according to an email to Kiosk Marketplace.

The updated kiosks include the Virtual Service Advisor (VSA), the 365 and the Express Service.

  • The Virtual Service Advisor (VSA) provides a DMS-connected self-service customer check-in solution. The solution includes phone number and email capture/update capabilities, real-time information on factory recall notices, trade valuations, transaction documents, upsells and recommended services, and a back-end analytics dashboard. The kiosk comes with an antimicrobial touchscreen cover.
  • The 365 kiosk is an outdoor model that allows customers to drop off or pick up their keys when it is most convenient for them – any day and any time. With no screen, customers interact with the machine via mobile app and dealerships can place these units in areas that were traditionally unavailable due to a lack of connectivity.
  • The Express Service kiosk is a combination of the VSA and 365 kiosks that allows customers to have a self-led service check-in, check-out, key drop and pick-up experience all from one place. Typically placed in a vestibule, the kiosks come with an antimicrobial touchscreen cover.
