A mobile laboratory facility for practical and project educational activities on science lessons.

The mobile interactive laboratory comprises the necessary parts for demonstrations, experiments and lab tests in physics, chemistry and biology. The mobile interactive laboratory is mounted on the universal mobile platform (UMB) for devices storage and transporting.

The complex is equipped with an independent water supply system, computer, webcam and information display device.

The Mobile Interactive Laboratory (MIL)

The MIL may contain the necessary parts for project activities and performing laboratory works in different science subjects (physics, chemistry and biology), even in the general-purpose premises of an educational facility.

The MIL is mounted on a mobile platform (UMB) for devices storage and transporting. The constituent equipment is safe for life and health of a teacher, students and the environment if stored, used, transported and disposed properly.

The MIL has a frame structure.

In the lower part of the frame the firm plastic wheels are fixed. They could rotate by 360 degrees enabling the easy mobility of the platform. All the wheels have the fixing mechanism and they are covered with the material which leaves no track on a polished floor. The fixing and rotating parts are made of metal. The mobile platform is equipped with pullout drawers and lockable doors. In the front end of the platform the handle is fixed. All the study kits, devices and parts are situated in the drawers of the platform, the outsized parts are stored in the special compartment for outsized items.

The Mobile Interactive Laboratory comprises:

• the working area of the laminated desktop, equipped with the sink with water tap. The material of the desktop protects it from shears, scratches and high temperature impact, it is resistant to cleaning and powerful disinfectants. Dimensions (D*W*H): 600*1200*22 mm;
• the multi-purpose mobile platform (UMB) – 1 piece. Dimensions (D*W*H): 624*1200*1010 mm;
• body material: powder-painted steel. Thickness – 1 mm;
• platform wheels – 4 pieces. Wheel diameter – 75 mm. Locking mechanism available. The maximum load is 70 kg for a wheel;
• storage system. All drawers are made of metal and installed into the UMB platform;
• independent water supply system – 1 piece. The system is installed into the UMB platform in a special compartment isolated from electric systems of the laboratory;
• process controller – 1 piece. The controller is installed into the UMB platform in a compartment isolated from water supply system;
• information display – 1 piece. Mounted on a turnaround bracket which is set on the desktop. 19 inch diagonal, the resolution is 1280*1024. The remote panel for external devices connection – 1 piece. Installed into the side panel of the platform;
• communication sockets: Ethernet RJ-45 – 1 piece; USB – 4 pieces; HDMI – 1 piece; Mini Jack – 1 piece; COM – 1 piece. Connected directly to the process controller;
• protection tripping unit – 1 piece. The mobile platform can be powered from 220 V socket (earthed). All the electric components and the experiments conducted with the use of them, are completely safe.
