The S-32 X2 self-checkout device is based on two lines of SAGA corporation equipment - S-200.32 payment terminals and S-32 X2 information kiosks. This device enables the automation of commercial outlets of all sizes.

S-32 X2 is almost identical in functionality and design to its predecessor, S-32 X1. It has minimal dimensions (including depth), making the unit visually lighter and allowing it to be used in more compact spaces.

A 190 mm high baffle can be installed on the unit to protect the S-32 X2 self-checkout device against impacts from the wheels and sides of food and luggage trolleys and pushchairs.

The basic self-checkout device is equipped with a POS terminal for accepting electronic payment, a thermal printer for issuing variable information on paper, and a barcode and QR code scanner. Changing the thermal tape is easier by using a separate lock and sliding shelf.

S-32 X2 also features a barcode and QR code scanner and a portrait camera behind the touch screen panel. With the Digital Signage software package pre-installation (on request), the camera opens up new horizons for retail.

The S-32 X2 self-checkout device features a 32-inch vertical touch display with Full HD or 4K resolution, which is particularly suitable for displaying large amounts of information and providing vivid, detailed images. The screen can receive up to 32 simultaneous touches, allowing for image scaling and many other functions not available on single-touch screens.

The main difference from the S-32 X1 is the reduced thickness of the anti-vandal glass to 4 mm. Having a protective frame around the edges of the touchscreen keeps even the thinner tempered glass of the monitor intact. This option makes the S-32 X2 more affordable.

The new S-32 X2 self-checkout device is thus perfectly protected and adapted for use in shopping centres, retail shops, pharmacies and medical centres, transport hubs, etc.

The self-checkout device can be supplied with a pre-installed Windows or Android operating system.

S-32 X1 self-checkout device equipment:

• 32" (9:16, vertical orientation) multi-touch monitor (using projection-capacitive technology) with 4 mm thick vandal resistant tempered glass on the screen;
